Job summary

Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites a motivated sales professional based in Johor Bahru to identify and acquire new F&B merchants. You will visit on-ground, pitch ShopeeFood to high-potential merchants, and expand the network across the coverage area with commission incentives tied to performance.

You will manage your sales pipeline, support onboarding with accurate documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant sign-up and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, relationship management or account management.
• Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification from any field.
• Based in Johor Bahru with flexibility to travel within the assigned area.

About you

Experience in sales, business development, relationship management or account management

Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification from any field

Based in Johor Bahru, Johor, with flexibility to travel within the assigned area for merchant visits

Own transport and a valid driving license required

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, other local languages or dialects is a plus

Able to work on-ground during peak periods when required
