Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough support and follow-up at all stages of Customer Relation.
• Handle general enquiries, selling process and after-sale service across channels (phone, email, website, web chat, social media).
• Answer calls and inquiries including information requests on campaigns and quotes.
• Handle and qualify incoming complaints, ensuring agents provide necessary assistance to resolve.
• Manage outbound campaigns with advance notice to TDCX.
• Convert direct and indirect traffic into sales while delivering high-quality service.
• Perform other duties to maintain the Quality Management System.
