Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Strong verbal and written English; additional language relevant to market is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or contact centre is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle general nutrition enquiries and provide resolutions via phone, social media, email and live chat.
• Perform outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and provide updates.
• Follow up on queries promptly and meet turnaround times.
• Support the quality management system and assist in related duties as assigned.
