Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is hiring for a Customer Service (Livechat) role requiring English speaker with immediate joiner. The position involves handling customer inquiries via livechat and email, with a focus on first contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have a Diploma or higher and at least 1 year of relevant experience, plus strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities. The company offers medical and other perks and a global BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher (Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree).
• Preferable with 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Must have livechat and email experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
