Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or degree in any field.
• 2 years of related experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language for the market.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer's needs, researching issues to provide strategic solutions and clarifications.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal teams to close cases.
• Give constructive feedback to improve tools, procedures and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality services to maximize customer satisfaction and maintain quality standards.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers and go the extra mile.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned to support the Quality Management System.
