Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management and the ability to multi-task while assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer's needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback to tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow.
• Deliver the best services to ensure highest customer satisfaction with proper procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
