Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to drive pre-sales support and security design for Telco and Enterprise customers. You will translate client requirements into Unified SASE and CNAPP solutions, delivering demos, proposals, and POC work.

Expect travel to customer sites and close collaboration with channels to ensure successful deployments. You will act as a subject-matter expert, guiding projects from discovery through tendering and implementation, with a strong emphasis on customer

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales support and security solution design.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into Unified SASE/CNAPP solutions.
• Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Experience preparing tender documents and POCs.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
• Design security solutions based on customer environments and requirements.
• Carry out presales activities including proposals, demos, and presentations.
• Prepare tender documents, RFPs, RFIs and POC demos.
• Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.
• Travel to upcountry areas and work on-site with customers.
