Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles and able to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong knowledge of Unified SASE (SASE, SD-WAN, ZTNA, DLP) and CNAPP.
• Experience designing and implementing security solutions for telco and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
• Assess customer requirements and propose security solution designs and implementations.
• Carry out presales activities including proposals, demos and presentations.
• Prepare tender documents, RFPs, RFIs and POC demonstrations.
• Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.
• Travel to upcountry areas and work on-site with customers.
