Qualifications

• Client-facing roles assisting external customers with specific products.
• Excellent oral and written skills to explain technical concepts.
• Deep knowledge in Unified SASE, SD-WAN and CNAPP.
• Role involves NetOps design, solution frameworks and delivery oversight.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to diagnose complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
• Understudy customer requirements and propose Unified SASE and CNAPP solutions.
• Carry out presales activities: proposals, demos, presentations.
• Prepare tender documents, RFPs, RFIs and POC demos.
• Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.
• Travel to upcountry areas and work on-site with customers.
