The role emphasizes deep knowledge in Unified SASE, CNAPP, and cloud-native security, with strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Client-facing roles, assisting external customers with specific products.
• Excellent oral and written skills to explain technical concepts and framework.
• Deep knowledge in Unified SASE (SDWAN, ZTNA, DLP) and CNAPP.
• Specialist role in NetOps, contributing to technical strategies and project delivery.
• Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical users.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to diagnose problems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
• Understudy customer requirements and propose security solution designs.
• Carry out presales activities (proposals, demos, presentations).
• Prepare tender documents, RFPs, RFIs and POC demos.
• Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.
• Travel to upcountry areas and work on-site with customers.
