Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in network security or related field.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.
• Experience in pre-sales support and customer engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a member of the CSE team covering APAC region.
• Provide second-level pre-sales support to the SE organization.
• Disseminate product knowledge to the Sales Team and Channel.
• Lead technical discussions, articulate technology and demonstrate differentiated value.
• Build technical material to support sales (slideware, solution briefs, white papers, success stories).
• Report customer needs to Product Management; validate business cases and prioritize feature requests.
• Report project activities, analyze trends and provide market vision.
• Participate in development of commercial strategies.
• Travel as required in INTL region.
