Job summary

Banyano Data Center Solutions in Johor Bahru is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle—from posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, offering and onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to translate manpower needs into qualified talent and continuously build a robust talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in recruitment, strong communication and multilingual abilities, and hands-on experience with JobStreet and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in Data Centre/ IT/ Engineering/ M&E/ Tech recruitment advantageous.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience: sourcing, screening, interviews.
• Strong knowledge of JobStreet, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Multilingual: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and interviewing skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills; manage multiple vacancies.
• Proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment documentation and updates of candidate records.
• Provide regular recruitment progress updates and market feedback to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and external partners.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
