Job summary

BANYANO ASIA SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Malaysia. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and attract qualified talent across IT, engineering, and related sectors.

With a focus on sourcing through JobStreet, LinkedIn, and referrals, you will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in Data Centre/IT/Engineering/M&E/Technology industries preferred.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment including sourcing and interviews.
• Strong knowledge of JobStreet and LinkedIn recruitment platforms.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Provide regular recruitment progress updates and market feedback.
• Build relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition initiatives.
