Poladrone Solutions in Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to handle end-to-end hiring, from creating job ads to screening candidates and closing hires.

You will build hiring plans, interview candidates for roles across levels, and coach hiring managers on assessment methods, aiming for a positive candidate experience.

The role requires strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn, JobStreet and niche networks, plus proficiency with ATS and data-driven hiring metrics.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
• Experience as Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with major job sites like Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Angel.Co.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Network with potential hires through professional groups and events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists.
• Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
• Design, distribute and measure candidate experience surveys.
• Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
• Host and participate in job fairs.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
