Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. You will partner with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and drive efficient hiring processes across platforms.

The role requires strong employer branding and an excellent candidate experience, plus oversight of end-to-end recruitment activities and onboarding for diverse roles within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Experience in construction or engineering industry preferred

Job description

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support business and workforce planning needs
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and improve hiring efficiency
• Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness, and propose improvements
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Post job advertisements and manage candidate pipelines across recruitment platforms
• Liaise with hiring managers and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure proper documentation for all hiring activities
• Support general HR administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in construction or engineering industry
• Strong understanding of both recruitment strategy and operational hiring processes
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and manage both strategic and operational responsibilities effectively
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya / Bukit Jalil.
