Job summary

You will manage onboarding, HR documentation, reports, and employee lifecycle activities while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR or recruitment experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and handling multiple positions.
• Familiar with recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and interview coordination.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Well-organized, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s growth and manpower planning.
• Source and engage candidates through portals, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, campus outreach, and referrals.
• Coordinate and conduct initial screenings and interview arrangements.
• Prepare and submit monthly recruitment reports.
• Handle recruitment administration, including offers, letters, medicals, and document collection.
• Manage onboarding arrangements, including orientation and cross-department coordination.
• Maintain recruitment databases and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee lifecycle activities such as confirmation, probation, and offboarding.
• Prepare HR documentation such as confirmation and disciplinary letters.
• Provide basic HR support and guidance to employees and supervisors.
• Organize internal activities like staff training, engagement programs, and events.
