Job summary

Camart sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a diligent IT and surveillance support technician to join our team. You will provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and surveillance systems, both on-site and remotely.

The role requires a diploma, a proactive attitude, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and willingness to travel to client sites as needed. You should possess your own transportation and maintain professional documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or higher
• Having Experience in surveillance and IT industry is an advantage
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel to any work location as requested and when required
• Presents own transportation
• Discipline, proactive and responsible

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
• Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and customer training.
• Other duties assigned by superior.
