Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT/surveillance support professional. The role provides hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance across customer sites.

The candidate should have a Diploma and be able to travel; own transportation is preferred. Discipline, proactivity, and responsibility are essential traits for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma required.
• Experience in surveillance/IT advantageous.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to work locations as requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
• Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and customer training.
• Other duties assigned by superior.
