Job summary

Camart sdn Bhd in Negeri Sembilan seeks a hands-on IT and surveillance technician who can work with minimal supervision and travel to various sites. You will install, configure and maintain surveillance and IT solutions, and provide on-site or remote support to customers.

The role requires a Diploma, relevant surveillance/IT experience, own transport, and a disciplined, proactive, responsible mindset. You will document service records and coordinate with vendors on complex issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma.
• Having Experience in surveillance and IT industry is an advantage.
• Able to works with minimal supervision.
• Able to travel to any work location as requested and when required.
• Poses own transportation.
• Discipline, proactive and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
• Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and customer training.
• Other duties assigned by superior.
