Job summary

Camart sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive technical support specialist in Kuala Lumpur to provide hands-on IT and surveillance system troubleshooting. The role demands independent work, the ability to travel to client sites, and coordination with vendors for complex technical issues.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma and has experience in surveillance or IT environments. You will install, configure, and maintain systems, prepare documentation, and assist in project deployments with supervision as

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma required.
• Experience in surveillance and IT industry is an advantage.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to any work location as requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
• Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and customer training.
• Other duties assigned by superior.
