Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Specialist, Technical Sales to identify and grow customer relationships in the Semiconductor and Electronics segment across Penang, Kedah and Perlis. This role blends technical expertise with strategic sales to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

You will translate technical product information into compelling customer value, establish new accounts, and drive territory coverage through planned sales activities and demonstrations.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, E&E, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in technical sales.
Strong technical aptitude with proven sales capability.

Responsibilities

Identify customer requirements and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Provide technical information on products and services to customers.
Plan and organize sales calls to maximize territory coverage.
Prepare strategic sales plans and deliver equipment demonstrations.
Maintain accounts receivable by following up on open invoices.
Generate sales activity reports to support planning.
Keep CRM records up to date with customer information.
Contribute to team objectives and business priorities.
