Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical sales environment.
• Strong technical aptitude combined with proven sales capability and ability to translate complex product information into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Identify current and future customer requirements by building strong rapport with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical and engineering information on products by responding accurately to questions and requests.
• Establish new accounts and plan an effective sales call schedule for territory coverage.
• Prepare strategic sales plans and demonstrations to gain customer acceptance.
• Follow up on invoices to ensure timely payment and maintain healthy accounts receivable.
• Prepare sales activity reports by collecting and analyzing data for visibility and planning.
• Update all customer information in the CRM system to ensure records are current.
• Contribute to team objectives by delivering results aligned with business priorities.
