Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Sales – Scientific Instrumentation to expand our commercial footprint within the Technology unit. You will drive growth through strategic customer acquisition, disciplined relationship management, and sharp market intelligence, ensuring sales align with DKSH's broader objectives.

You will deliver on annual personal sales targets, support tenders, coordinate engagement events, and communicate market insights to guide strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in science-related field or equivalent.
4–5 years of sales experience in analytical chemistry, life science, or material science.
Proven ability to acquire new customers and manage commercial relationships.
Experience coordinating tender preparation and submission processes.
Strong communication to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Identify and capture market opportunities to grow DKSH's presence in the instrumentation sector.
Acquire new customers and generate leads through prospecting and engagement.
Manage relationships with existing customers to support long-term partnerships and revenue retention.
Develop new business by sourcing accounts and expanding within the customer base.
Secure orders and drive full execution through to payment collection.
