Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. seeks a technically skilled professional to bridge sales and customers for hyperscale and colocation data center accounts. You will translate client requirements into practical technical solutions and drive execution readiness across teams.

You will coordinate between customer engineering, design, delivery and operations, ensuring alignment on data halls, fit-out, connectivity and modular solutions while managing risks and complex project scopes.

Formación

• Experience supporting hyperscale or colocation customers in data centers.
• Strong understanding of data hall environments, fit-out and connectivity.
• Experience coordinating large-scale projects across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical responses.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical bridge between the sales team and customers, coordinating technical discussions and translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Coordinate between customer engineering teams and internal design, delivery and operations groups.
• Understand customer requirements for data halls, fit-out, connectivity and modular solutions, and provide clear technical responses.
• Support large-scale contracts by reviewing scope, delivery commitments and potential risks.
• Facilitate technical discussions to support customers during the Design-in stage.
• Track progress and align actions to ensure successful execution.

Job Summary:

Act as the technical bridge between the sales team and customers, supporting hyperscale and colocation data centre accounts. Drive technical coordination, solution alignment and execution readiness by translating customer requirements into practical technical solutions and internal action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in developing business opportunities through technical discussions and solution alignment.
• Coordinate between customer engineering teams and internal design, delivery and operations teams.
• Understand customer requirements related to data halls, fit‑out, connectivity and prefabricated modular solutions, and translate them into clear technical responses.
• Support large‑scale and complex project contracts by reviewing technical scope, feasibility, delivery commitments and potential risks.
• Facilitate technical discussions to support customers during the Design‑in stage.
• Track technical progress, actions and project alignment to ensure effective execution.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting hyperscale or colocation customers within the data centre industry.
• Strong understanding of data centre solutions, including data hall environments, fit‑out and connectivity.
• Experience handling large‑scale projects and coordinating technical discussions across customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work closely with sales, engineering and operations teams.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
