Hirehub Group in Iskandar Puteri is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to bridge the gap between sales and hyperscale/colocation data center accounts, translating customer requirements into practical technical solutions and guiding internal action plans.

The role requires deep knowledge of data halls, fit-out, connectivity, and prefabricated modular solutions, with the ability to drive execution across engineering, operations, and delivery teams. Fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• Experience with hyperscale or colocation customers in data centers.
• Strong grasp of data center solutions including data halls, fit-out and connectivity.
• Experience coordinating large-scale projects across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the sales team in developing business opportunities through technical discussions.
• Coordinate between customer engineering teams and internal design, delivery and operations teams.
• Interpret customer requirements into clear technical responses for data halls and modular solutions.
• Review technical scope, feasibility, delivery commitments and risks for large projects.
• Facilitate technical discussions during the Design-in stage with customers.
• Track progress and ensure alignment across teams for effective execution.
