Focuswin Diecutting Mould Sdn Bhd seeks a proactive sales professional to identify business opportunities and guide customers through the sales cycle with technical expertise. You will present products, prepare quotations, and collaborate with engineering teams to meet customer needs.

Travel readiness and training during the initial months at HQ Kuala Lumpur are required. The role offers performance incentives and medical benefits within a growing Malaysian manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding and ability to learn product knowledge.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Willing to undergo training for first 3 months at HQ, Kuala Lumpur.
• Basic with Performance Incentive and Bonus.
• In house training and outdoor training activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and tender documents.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to support customer requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
