Job summary

Focuswin Diecutting Mould Sdn Bhd, based in Penang, is expanding its team with a Sales Executive. You will identify business opportunities, provide technical product knowledge and support customers through the sales cycle.

The role requires building strong customer relationships, presenting technical solutions, and achieving sales targets, with initial training at the Kuala Lumpur HQ.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding and ability to learn product knowledge
• Good communication and presentation
• Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Must be willing to undergo training for first 3 months at HQ, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and tender documents
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to support customer requirements
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
