Job summary

Techbond Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic sales engineer to join the growing sales team in Malaysia. You will source new customers, demonstrate product features, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relations. Travel willingness and industry knowledge are valued.

You will manage key accounts, promote products in domestic and export markets, and deliver compelling presentations. Strong English and Malay, plus Mandarin a bonus, are required along with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience
• Strong English and Malay communication; Mandarin a plus
• Computer literacy and MS Office proficiency
• Experience in adhesives/chemical manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and develop new business for domestic and export markets
• Promote company products and services to target markets
• Develop and conduct effective product presentations to explain products to customers
• Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up, propose and negotiate pricing, complete sales and coordinate deliveries
• Maintain good customer relations, build rapport and provide sales support
• Handle credits, complaints, enquiries, quotations and technical advisory per company policy
• Assist in planning sales strategy to achieve the annual business plan
• Manage sales visits and reporting, identify improvements and communicate solutions to management
