Brisk Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Engineer to identify, prospect, and develop new customers in Penang or Selangor. You will build a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and customer visits, and develop trusted relationships for long-term partnerships.

The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, a drive to meet targets, and willingness to travel for customer visits across Malaysia. Vehicle ownership and valid driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required.
• Mechanical or Chemical Engineering background is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new customers within Penang and Selangor.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting and customer visits.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers for repeat business and partnerships.
• Identify customer pain points and recommend product solutions.
• Plan regular customer visits to strengthen engagement and uncover opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Prepare timely sales reports and updates.
