PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage a portfolio of SME customers, ensuring consistent engagement and visits across Penang, Seberang Perai, and surrounding areas.

You will monitor monthly sales forecasts, advise on demand, and explore opportunities for new product introductions within existing accounts. The role involves travel for customer visits and requires good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with sales experience have an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Presentable, proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for customer visits.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized customers with regular engagement and visits.
• Monitor monthly sales forecasts, production schedules, and customer demand.
• Identify opportunities for new product introductions and business expansion within existing accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Attend internal training sessions to develop product knowledge of automotive lubricants.
• Provide weekly updates on customer visits and sales activities.
• Coordinate customer pricing adjustments and communicate price revisions.
• Keep track of market developments, competitor pricing, product offerings, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
