Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local market language.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support across all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues for strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up to close cases.
• Offer feedback to improve tools, resources, and processes.
• Deliver services to maximize customer satisfaction and build relationships.
