TDCX Malaysia is urgently hiring for a Customer Service role focused on chat and email support on social platforms. You will assist customers, research issues, and provide timely solutions across multiple systems. Strong communication in English and Bahasa is required, with a readiness to work shifts and maintain service quality.

Knowledge of ISO quality standards is beneficial. Diploma or Bachelor degree is required, with about 1 year in related fields preferred.
