We are seeking a dedicated IT operations professional to perform IDC data center duties for Alibaba Cloud, manage incidents, follow SOPs, and coordinate with network and server teams to ensure reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or related disciplines
• 1+ year of working experience, data center preferred
• Basic incident management capability and ability to promote optimization measures
• Team spirit, mutual support and assistance
• Fluent bilingual communication; local language a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform 24x7 or 5x8 IDC data center duty as required by Alibaba Cloud
• Understand IDC equipment/environment; perform root cause analysis and promote corrective actions
• Follow ticketing system and SOPs and execute them strictly
• Independently complete tickets; assist network engineers and server experts in complex troubleshooting
• Ensure zero faults and coordinate related teams for non-standard scenarios
• Apply project management basics for risk control, progress, and acceptance

Key responsibilities

Perform 24x7 or 5x8 IDC data center duty as required by Alibaba Cloud

Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of equipment and environment in IDC; possess capability for root cause analysis, review, improvement summarization, and promotion of corrective actions for IT operations incidents

Be familiar with the ticketing system, master SOP standard operating procedures and strictly execute them

Independently complete all tickets, assist network engineers and server experts in complex troubleshooting and problem resolution

Ensure zero faults and efficient delivery; independently analyse and coordinate related teams to handle non-standard scenarios

Be familiar with project management processes, with basic capabilities in risk control, progress management, and project acceptance during project implementation

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or related disciplines

Minimum 1 years of working experience, including in data center preferred

Basic incident management capability and ability to promote optimization measures

Team spirit, mutual support and assistance

Fluent in bilingual communication capabilities; proficiency in local language for work communication is a plus
