Job summary

Titanicom Tech Limited is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage daily IDC data center operations, respond to incidents, and lead cross-team improvement initiatives. You will optimize EOP/SOP processes, coordinate with engineers, and ensure SLA-aligned execution across sites.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in IDC/data center operations, strong IT operations know-how, and bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT, CS, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IDC/data center operations experience.
• Strong understanding of IT operations processes, incident management, ticketing systems, SOPs and EOPs.
• Proven team management and project coordination skills.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication with bilingual English/Chinese as a plus.

• Manage daily IDC data center operations to ensure stable and efficient site performance.

• Maintain familiarity with ticketing systems and SOPs, ensuring timely tickets are closed.
• Coordinate multi-site activities and drive continuous improvement in EOP and SOPs.

Job description

Manage and participate in daily IDC data center operations, ensuring stable and efficient site operations. Respond to incidents and execute work orders in accordance with SLA requirements. Perform risk analysis for assigned IDC sites, identify potential risks, establish risk control measures, and continuously optimize EOP and SOP processes.

Key responsibilities

Manage and participate in daily IDC data center operations, ensuring stable and efficient site operations

Respond to incidents and execute work orders and temporary tasks in accordance with SLA requirements

Perform risk analysis for assigned IDC sites or campuses, identify potential risks, establish risk control measures, and continuously optimize EOP and SOP processes

Be familiar with ticketing systems and SOPs, independently complete operational tickets, and ensure accurate and efficient delivery

Assist network engineers and server experts in complex troubleshooting and problem resolution

Independently analyse non-standard operational scenarios and coordinate relevant teams to drive issue resolution

Lead the team in improving operational stability and efficiency while reducing operational risks

Coordinate projects, optimize operational processes, establish technical standards, and drive cross-team collaboration

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience; data center / IDC operations experience is preferred

Strong understanding of IT operations processes, incident management, ticketing systems, SOPs and EOPs

Proficient in incident analysis, risk identification and driving optimization measures

Strong team management and project coordination skills, with familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Strong cross-team and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to establish effective team collaboration mechanisms and support team growth

Fluent bilingual communication capability; proficiency in English and Chinese for work communication is a plus
