Job summary

TITANICOM TECH LIMITED is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage 24x7/5x8 IDC data center duties in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead incident response, optimize EOP/SOPs, and coordinate cross-team efforts across multiple sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of data center experience, with strong communication skills and proven project coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in core technology disciplines, management & information systems or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, data center preferred.
• Proficient in incident analysis and driving optimization measures.
• Strong team management and cross-cultural communication.
• Experience in team management and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and participate in team execution of 24x7 or 5x8 IDC data center duty.
• Respond to incidents and execute work orders, including temporary tasks, in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Perform risk analysis, identify potential risks, establish risk control measures, and continuously optimize EOP and SOP processes for responsible IDC sites or campuses.
• Master SOP standard operating procedures and strictly execute them; independently complete all tickets.
• Assist network engineers and server experts in complex troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Independently analyse and coordinate related teams to handle non-standard scenarios.
• Coordinate projects, optimize processes, establish technical standards, and drive cross-team collaboration.

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in Core Technology Disciplines, Management & Information Systems or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years of working experience, including in data center preferred

Proficient in incident analysis, driving optimization measures, strong team management ability

Skilled in cross-team and cross-cultural communication

Skilled in team management and project coordination

Fluent in bilingual communication capabilities; proficiency in local language for work communication is a plus
