Titanicom Tech Limited, founded in Hong Kong with operations in Beijing, Shenzhen, Xian, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, UK and USA, is an IP/IT service integrated platform that serves telecom operators worldwide.

We are seeking a dedicated IT operations professional to perform IDC data center duties for Alibaba Cloud, manage incidents, follow SOPs, and coordinate with network and server teams to ensure reliable delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or related disciplines
1+ year of working experience, data center preferred
Basic incident management capability and ability to promote optimization measures
Team spirit, mutual support and assistance
Fluent bilingual communication; local language a plus

Responsibilities

Perform 24x7 or 5x8 IDC data center duty as required by Alibaba Cloud
Understand IDC equipment/environment; perform root cause analysis and promote corrective actions
Follow ticketing system and SOPs and execute them strictly
Independently complete tickets; assist network engineers and server experts in complex troubleshooting
Ensure zero faults and coordinate related teams for non-standard scenarios
Apply project management basics for risk control, progress, and acceptance
