Job summary

CHAGEE Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to welcome customers, guide them through the menu, and assist with app-based ordering. The role involves explaining tea varieties and brewing methods, and performing demonstrations when scheduled.

Willingness to learn CHAGEE’s tea knowledge and procedures.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through the menu and ordering process.
Introduce the CHAGEE App and help customers use its ordering and other features.
Explain tea varieties, brewing methods and CHAGEE beverage qualities with approved info.
Demonstrate tea brewing when scheduled and trained to do so.
Inform customers about order progress and handle questions politely.
Resolve routine queries and escalate when manager approval is needed.
Work with the store team to maintain order and positive customer flow.
Follow CHAGEE service, food safety, hygiene and brand standards.
