Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to act as the recruitment engine across the APAC region, focusing on Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment while leading regional talent initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will drive sourcing for technical engineering, project-based, and corporate roles, build proactive pipelines, plan campus activities, and support a new Oracle Recruiting ATS rollout. Onsite in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment across technical engineering and project-based roles in APAC.
• Build proactive pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals across multiple jurisdictions.
• Plan campus and employer branding activities including university engagements and career fairs.
• Assist with candidate experience design and internal engagement initiatives.
• Manage pipeline tracking and support the Oracle Recruiting ATS deployment.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, you will operate as the dedicated recruitment engine across the APAC region (focusing on Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia). You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while spearheading regional talent initiatives.

• Regional Talent Sourcing: Drive full-cycle recruitment across technical engineering, project-based, and corporate support functions.
• Proactive Pipeline Building: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and networking to map and source active/passive built-environment talent across multi-country jurisdictions.
• Campus & Employer Branding: Plan and execute university engagement drives, career fairs, and local graduate programs to attract early-career talent.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in designing candidate experience touchpoints and internal engagement initiatives.
• System & Process Setup: Manage pipeline tracking and candidate data while assisting with the implementation of a new enterprise ATS (Oracle Recruiting) launch.

about the manager/team

You will report directly to the HR Manager in a standalone, high-visibility role with zero bureaucratic layers.

• Direct Line Management: You will report directly to the Regional HR Manager, working in close 1-on-1 collaboration to build and manage the recruitment function.
• Team Structure: Currently a standalone TA role with no existing TA team, giving you direct ownership over regional hiring delivery.
• Working Arrangement: 100% Onsite position in Kuala Lumpur, allowing for close daily alignment with HR leadership.
