Cielo Talent is seeking a Senior Recruiter to deliver service excellence across the full recruitment lifecycle for our client in advanced manufacturing across APAC. You’ll act as a trusted partner to hiring stakeholders and drive hiring outcomes while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

The role involves managing recruitment across multiple countries in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment with a hybrid setup in Malaysia (about 3 days onsite per week).

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage end-to-end hiring independently.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate pipeline development.
• Oil & Gas recruitment experience advantageous.
• Comfort working with stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across APAC markets (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Vietnam).
• Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing of passive candidates.
• Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Screen and assess candidates against job requirements and ensure strong pipelines.
• Coordinate and manage the full interview process.
• Partner with hiring managers on decisions and offers.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Deliver hiring outcomes in line with service levels.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices.

You will act as a trusted partner to hiring stakeholders, driving hiring outcomes while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

This role offers the opportunity to manage recruitment across multiple countries and functions, within a fast-paced and highly collaborative global environment.

• Work Setup: Malaysia: Hybrid (approximately 3 days onsite per week)
• Language(s): Ability to communicate effectively in English is required for day-to-day communication with stakeholders and candidates.
• Work Hours: Standard business hours, with flexibility required to support regional stakeholders across time zones

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple APAC markets (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Vietnam)

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing of passive candidates

Position Requirements:

• Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, typically gained over approximately 3 years or more, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes independently
• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Strong direct sourcing capability, with the ability to proactively identify and engage candidates
• Experience recruiting for technical or operational roles particularly in the Oil & Gas industry (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, industrial) would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently while managing stakeholder relationships across multiple locations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at different levels
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regional environments
• Background in agency recruitment or similar fast-paced environments
• Exposure to recruitment in China or Mandarin-speaking markets
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, digital recruitment platforms, or AI-enabled tools
