EDEN CUBE MARKETING GROUP (ASIA) SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle and support Asia-wide growth.

You will design sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage job postings, onboard new hires, and partner with department managers to build high-performing teams in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and proactive HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role within our Human Resources function, where you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting and recruiting top talent to support our business growth and expansion across the Asia region. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job planning and candidate sourcing to onboarding and retention initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisational culture and success by building high-performing teams that drive our business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning requirements
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies and professional networks
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process
• Manage job postings and ensure accurate and compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future vacancy requirements
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organisation
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports, including candidate tracking and hiring metrics
• Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
• Support retention strategies and employee development programmes
