Job Responsibilities:
Job Sourcing: Utilize various methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Candidate Assessment: Administer assessments or tests as necessary to evaluate candidate skills and suitability for specific roles.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice through compelling job postings, social media presence, and participation in recruitment events.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), sourcing, or talent acquisition is preferred.
Previously handled regional hiring including Hong Kong and other Southeast Asia countries, an advantage.
Proven track record in volume hiring for engineers and technicians (Mechanical, Electrical, BMS).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and make data-driven decisions.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate evaluations and documentation.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Ethics: Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive candidate information.
