Jora Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, build robust talent pipelines, and support employer branding initiatives. You will work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates, and coordinate interviews from requisition to onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.
  • Good understanding of recruitment practices and talent sourcing strategies.
  • Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment or recruitment events is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely and effective fulfilment of manpower requirements, while building sustainable talent pipelines and supporting the company’s talent attraction and employer branding strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, interview coordination, selection, offer management and onboarding, in accordance with established recruitment procedures and guidelines.

Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, job expectations and candidate profiles, and provide appropriate advice throughout the recruitment process.

Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing, market research, online job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals and other relevant channels.

Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessments, and provide objective recommendations and constructive feedback to hiring managers to support effective hiring decisions.

Advise hiring managers on appropriate interviewing and candidate assessment techniques, ensuring a consistent and effective selection process.

Manage candidate and stakeholder communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience and timely follow-up at every stage.

Monitor recruitment progress, identify potential hiring challenges and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure positions are filled within the agreed timeline.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay informed oftalent availability, recruitment trends and market practices, and recommend suitable sourcing strategies where required.

Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges and other external talent partners, and participate in career fairs, recruitment events and campus engagement activities to strengthen the talent pipeline.

Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and positioning as an employer of choice, including recruitment campaigns, social media content, employee stories and other talent attraction activities.

Collaborate with employees and internal stakeholders to promote employee advocacy and employer branding, encouraging employees to represent and showcase the company’s culture, values and employee experience.

Support employee engagement initiatives, including pulse surveys and other engagement activities, and assist in translating employee feedback into actionable initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, candidate information and recruitment reports, and provide relevant recruitment insights and updates to management when required.

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and candidate experience, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.

Undertake other recruitment and talent-related projects or assignments as required by the supervisor/management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.

2–6 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.

Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.

Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
