Job summary

UMW Toyota Motor in Malaysia is seeking a recruitment professional to collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

You will source candidates online, screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage postings and applicant data. You will also conduct references, onboard new hires, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

About you

Proven experience within Recruitment or similar role, with a track record of successfully recruiting candidates across various levels and functions.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
