Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive IT Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles. You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and build a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

You will use LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals, apply Boolean search techniques, and collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate placement.
