Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to manage and optimize recruitment across the business in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead a high-performing team, shape sourcing strategies, and ensure data-driven decisions to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities include partnering with HR and managers, driving employer branding, and delivering a seamless candidate experience for a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 5 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 year in leadership.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment teams for high-volume or complex hiring.
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and event coordination is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
• Willing to work full on-site in Kuala Lumpur.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates for Mandarin-speaking market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a talent acquisition team to meet hiring objectives.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire; improve processes.
• Collaborate with HR to enhance employer branding, onboarding, retention.
• Collaborate with HRBP on upcoming employee movements.
• Define job requirements, qualifications, and skills with hiring managers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, referrals, networking.
• Review resumes, screen applications to shortlist candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate panel interviews and other assessments as needed.
• Evaluate candidates using behavioral interviews, skills assessments, references.
• Guide hiring managers through selection and facilitate decisions.
• Ensure recruitment data, reports and recruitment bonus are up-to-date.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and drive data-based decisions.


• Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and deliver on high-volume or complex hiring needs.


• Experience in employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing, and event coordination is an added advantage.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
