Job summary

EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Kulim, Kedah, is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

The role involves close collaboration with department heads, participation in university career fairs, travel for events, and maintaining recruitment records. English and Mandarin communication will be essential for engaging Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sourcing, screening and candidate engagement abilities.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to travel occasionally for career fairs, campus recruitment, and events.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for client communications.

About you
