Job summary

Shopee is seeking a proactive Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across functions, delivering full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles in a fast-paced environment. You will source, screen and select top talent, while enhancing employer branding and candidate engagement.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with strong multitasking skills.

Qualifications

Experience in high-volume recruitment, mass hiring, and external agencies.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work independently with ownership.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and execute recruitment.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles and manage mass hiring processes.
Customise sourcing, screening and selection methods across platforms to attract top talent.
Design and implement initiatives to engage both active and passive candidates.
Manage recruiting pipeline, coordinate events, assess referrals with stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team on employer branding across departments.
