The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and closing roles to meet business needs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field and 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in FMCG or fast-paced environments.
