Teleperformance Malaysia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and deliver high-quality talent within timelines.

You will develop sourcing strategies across portals, referrals, and social channels; screen candidates, conduct competency-based interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within an MNC, BPO, shared services, or high-volume recruitment environment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and job levels.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and handling stakeholder expectations.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use recruitment data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS, recruitment platforms, and LinkedIn.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills such as Mandarin or Malay are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, workforce needs, and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, talent databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability.
• Manage multiple vacancies across different functions and levels, including high-volume and specialist hiring.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, competitor activity, and recruitment trends.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Prepare and negotiate employment offers within approved salary ranges and company guidelines.
• Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and hiring completion.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, hiring volume, and source effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
