Job summary

Shopee Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a People Operations professional to coordinate foreign worker applications, onboarding, and documentation. You will liaise with vendors, stakeholders and authorities to ensure timely, compliant processing.

In addition, you will manage contracts with vendors and recruitment partners, oversee day-to-day BPO hiring, and support workforce reporting and ad-hoc projects. A relevant degree and 2+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a recruitment agency or similar with stakeholder management and contract administration.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate foreign worker applications, recruitment, documentation, and onboarding.
• Liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, and relevant authorities to ensure timely processing and compliance.
• Manage vendor contracts, onboarding, review, renewal, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely contract execution and renewal.
• Manage daily BPO hiring requirements, including manpower requests, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment.
• Maintain accurate records and provide reports on contracts, vendors, hiring, and workforce matters.
